I am Snoring Loudly since my childhood. Soon I need to share a room with some other guys. I really need a home remedy to stop the noise. I read in BBC news about taping the lips together. Any idea about it?
You might try ‘Breathe-Right Nasal Strips’ first. They help open up the nasal passage which, in some cases, can Reduce Snoring. I don’t know what type of tape you were considering but the thought of ripping it off the face every morning doesn’t sound too appealing to me.

A question about Sleep Apnea?
I am not 100% sure if I have sleep apnea or not. If I do, it is most likely Obstructive Sleep Apnea. In the past two years, I have woken up in the middle of the night gasping for air. This has happened two times. I do not Snore or drink, and I am not overweight. For the past few months, I have been having daytime fatigue every single day, even though I am getting enough sleep. I heard that Sleeping on your back just makes it worse because the muscles in the back of the throat collapse, making it harder to breathe. Before I started getting sleepy during the daytime, I always slept on my side and never was tired when I was awake. But ever since I started sleeping on my back, I have been tired every day. Does this mean I have sleep apnea? Also, I have been trying to get back into the habit of sleeping on my side, but I can never fall asleep. I have tried this dozens of times. Is there anything I can do?
You should schedule an appointment with a doctor that specializes in sleep treatment or something. My mom’s co-worker’s son passed away today because of sleep apnea.
