How can you prevent someone who snores?
OK if my boyfriend snores so loudly. It's horrible, I put a pillow over my head and I hear again! Any suggestions on how to stop it?
if you are overweight – lose a little. if you smoke – Tell him to stop. if you drink (alcohol) before going to bed – again, tell him to stop. if it does not apply to all these things, get a nasal spray from the pharmacy. should work a treat:)
