CPAP users …. questions about the CPAP masks …..?
I am new to the use of CPAP and am having great difficulty finding a mask that works well for me. First tried to use nasal pillows, but did not like it all. I found it difficult to Sleep because I am a mouth breather was very wrong to try to focus on trying to breathe through the nose. So I switched to a face mask but was still leaking. He had grown to a size large, but is leaking and I ended up with a bruise on the forehead to secure the straps tightly enough to try to make it work. I'm currently using a nasal mask, but again, I have no trouble being a mouth ventilation. My nostrils are very small and is a real challenge just to breathe through my nose. Is there anyone out there who has had a similar problem that may have some suggestions? I have another appointment with the breathing techniques of this week and not I know what's going to be because we have tried many masks as possible …. no
Not every face I though did not escape, but it makes me I was drowning. It took me two weeks to get used to the nose in the pillow, but now I sleep with them OK. Take at least 2 weeks to get used to how it feels more comfortable. Have you tried gel mask?

How to deal with a Snoring Roommate?
Going to college in a month and rooms with a friend who, unfortunately, a lot harsh. I would not mind using earplugs (which works for me), but I fear it will not be able to hear the alarm in the morning. Suggestions? nasal strips really?

How can I Stop Snoring so loudly?
I am a 38 yr old women, I get allergies and have problems with sinuses, about 6 months ago we took a trip overseas and ever since then my snoring has been really bad, I can sometimes hear myself Snore too when I Sleep or it wakes me up, I also seem to have a lot of fluid in my ear area and post-nasal drip,I have been to the doctor and he gave me nasal spray, it does not really help and my husband is really getting upset with me, help!
