Recent research on Sleep suggest something as simple as a sufficient and consistent quality, sleep is perhaps one of the different things we can use to help solve problems that can not even be We realize that sometimes. But how do you sleep more to help find more answers in solving problems?

Researchers have discovered that the dream, despite the apparent lack of physical inactivity and mental alertness, your brain is still quite active during sleep. Our brain seems necessary, and use this downtime to repay all the rest you need to fully process recent pieces of new information that has taken in our last Sleep Cycle.

Sleep is the normal state of natural unconsciousness observed in
all mammals, birds and fish. It is strongly influenced by circadian
rhythms and by hormonal and environmental factors. Sleep
seems to serve a restaurateur the brain and body,
as evidenced by the countless symptoms that result when a
individual is deprived of sleep.

The role of sleep in health and disease is increasingly
studied in specialized sleep laboratories throughout the world.

Before the advances in the fields of neurology, neuroscience,
electronics, and genetics were made, scientists studied the
behavioral characteristics of sleep, as his model, the depth and
