How to deal with a Snoring Roommate?
Going to college in a month and rooms with a friend who, unfortunately, a lot harsh. I would not mind using earplugs (which works for me), but I fear it will not be able to hear the alarm in the morning. Suggestions? nasal strips really?

Canine flu includes gargling noises and Severe Snoring?
My dog was diagnosed with canine flu and was given a shot and a cough syrup to help her with the cough and phlegm. She has the typical canine flu cough with mild gagging after the cough to eject phlegm. She has a VERY mild fever and has not lost her appetite or her desire to play (she’s an 8 month old lab retriever)… However, she is making some nasty noises in her Sleep, like congestion snoring, and wakes up gagging… she then recovers her breath, and breathes normally for a few minutes, but the congestion returns… Is this a normal part of the flu process? If she is still having an appetite and has been given a shot and a cough syrup by her vet, should I worry about a secondary infection, or is this just her body releasing phlegm after winning a battle with the virus?? Plz help, I am WORRIED!!!!
I think the phelgm must be running back down her throat and stuffing her nose when she lies down. I wouldn’t worry about that. My dog also had canine flu and snored that monster. It cleared up when he got better. I would just keep an eye on her energy level. If she seems lethargic, take her back to the vet.

Stay away from antihistamines and nose spray/decongestants. They will dry you out causing sinus infections over the short term and kidney/liver complications over the long term. Im stuck Sleeping on the couch pls help!?
Recently, my friend asked me to Sleep on the couch .. The reason it said my Snoring era. My husband and I have been together for 7 years. I realized that most of the time hoarse when he had a long day, and is very tired. But other nights, you breathe hard right.
