So I have been with my bf for 4 months now and recently I have started snoring, he cant stand it. We cant Sleep in the same bed together at all, what can I do? I’ve had a great level of experience with in the snoring area and my girlfriend used to tell me exactly the same thing, id stop breathing and constantly Snore, and there are many reasons that can contribute but you will find that a lot of them are rubbish.
The key is to sleep on your side and not your back, you also need to get a pillow which will elevate your head, there are a lot of good pillows.. I would suggest getting yourself a memory foam pillow or a rubber latex pillow, they aren’t that expensive and you will find them at pretty much any where that sells pillows.
The first night I got mine my girlfriend told me my snoring reduced drastically and now I barely have this problem at all.
So TRUST ME, that is all you need to do!

I am 13, only got him on friday. My parents brought him home for me from the humane society. I have realized that whe he is Sleeping, his caning tooth is sticking out! He is 9 months old. Since my old cat died form cancer 2 months ago and the vet bill costed well ovr £1000. And its a hard time and all now because of the inflation and all that. The humane society does free vet treatment for you for 40 days after you adopt. Also when he breaths, he sort of makes a rumbling noise like he’s Snoring. Does he need to go to the vet?? How can I tell them they need to go sooner rather than later when it gets worse!! I dont think he’s in any pain at all, he is extremily active, except for now…I have a break because he is asleep right now, but when he’s awake he’s like a toddler on speed!

Heath Ledger’s housekeeper came in at 1ish saying he was Snoring in his Sleep, then the masseusse came in around 3:30 and went to wake him to find he was cold stiff. She then called Mary-Kate 4 times before calling 911 and Mary-Kate also didn’t call 911 right away. They are saying that he had to of been dead for almost 2 hours which would make that around 1ish and don’t you think the housekeeper really wouldn’t have heard him snoring? I just think something is sneaky.

It is possible to wake yourself snoring if you get loud enough or actually stop breathing.
Sometimes you actually let out a big snort after an Apnea. You may want to get this checked out. It could be a very serious health hazard. Good luck
