The only people I know that surgery was a success for sleep apnea are the children who had their tonsils. Everyone surgery was not successful. Research shows that surgery is less than 50 percent effective. You need to know exactly where the blockage. It is not an easy task. Then you have to deal with scar tissue. Sleep Apnea – a doctor, recommended to be part of the soft palate removed – you had this done? Results?
My husband went ear nose and throat to discuss options to improve the quality of sleep and reduce Snoring. The doctor wants to perform tonsillectomy, redefine your septum diverted, and surgically trimming the soft palate. We have a second opinion scheduled for next week, but my husband is understandably nervous. Were else have this procedure? The results were what you expected? Recovery was difficult?

How long does it take to create a Sleep cycle?
I had the idea that during the summer, I go my whole sleep cycle, and go at night. I wanted to try this for about two weeks. I'm not sure how long it take for my body to adjust sleep during the day and wake up at night.
Caffeine, an interesting idea. Do what you can be good for your body in the process for you. You want to create a bedtime and stick to it. If you do this, most part of what you read, sleep better you get and the more efficient adjustment shall be: – a regular customer. Stick down – not when you turn on the lights go to the bathroom, keep the room dark – Go to the bathroom just before bedtime – Eat protein snacks two hours before bedtime. Do not eat or drink anything after -. Use gloves and socks to bed and keep the room 70 degrees This will cause your body temperature consistent and correct – Make a complete brain dump before sleep. All scripture is running through your head. – An audio book is going to sleep. Start the meantime, if you are totally destroyed and it's bedtime, nap 20 minutes – more could change your pace. Mine is the inability to enter Rem Sleep (which I have to take Seroquel, or that several will wake up when I sleep.) His Snoring Wakes Me Up and then I am not able to sleep, whether I'm on Seroquel, or not. He, or sleep on the couch (the one Sleeping in a king-business) is not good, and far, can not Sleep Study or a C-PAP machine.
